Lead and coach a team of two DevOps engineers; own the health and maturity of the DevOps function including infrastructure, CI/CD, observability, and release processes; define and execute a DevOps roadmap; partner with software engineers to improve developer experience and deployment reliability; strengthen infrastructure as code and automation standards; oversee production operations including monitoring, alerting, incident response, and root cause analysis; drive reliability, availability, backup and recovery readiness; guide secure infrastructure practices; manage and optimize AWS usage; track and report key operational metrics; evaluate tooling and vendor choices; support future hiring and growth of the DevOps function
