Lead from the front to create and sustain a world-class safety culture, Build and coach a high-performing team of Team Leaders and operators, Drive employee engagement, accountability, capability and retention, Deliver production targets while maintaining highest standards of safety, quality and efficiency, Support and drive Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives, Monitor and improve key metrics including OEE, productivity, scrap and operational efficiency, Partner closely with Maintenance, Quality, Safety and Supply Chain to optimise site performance, Provide strong operational leadership through daily production reviews, problem solving and performance management, Support capital projects and site improvement initiatives including new production line implementation
