Responsibilities
Perform preliminary analysis and design for projects including building, utilities, services, equipment, and layout; Manage projects implementation including fabrication, construction, installation, commissioning, qualification verification, handover and contractor management; Ensure updating/creating of site technical drawings and documentation; Ensure Process & Equipment safety for people, products and environment; Ensure that the Change Management is followed to appropriately manage modifications in the manufacturing facility; Select, qualify and coordinate contractors' activities; Analyse existing manufacturing processes, thorough root cause investigation, as well as development and implementation of machinery improvements; Provide a high level of service to the plant through leadership of TPM methodology, advanced problem solving and implementation of machinery reliability improvements; Work closely with the Maintenance and Operating teams to develop and implement sustainable solutions to equipment reliability problems; Lead technical competence building methodology amongst the Engineering, Maintenance and Production teams.
