Responsibilities
Assist with personal care including showering, dressing, grooming, toileting and mobility; provide domestic assistance such as meal preparation and light housekeeping; support clients with community access including appointments and social activities; follow individual support, behaviour support and health care plans; monitor and report changes in clients' health or behaviour; complete and maintain required documentation; work collaboratively with families and professionals; maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality; follow workplace health and safety guidelines; participate in ongoing training and supervision.
