Responsibilities
Perform inspection, assembly, and verification of mechanical subsystems and panel-level assemblies; Integrate structural elements including CFRP panels, sandwich structures, and mechanical components; Execute panel assembly, including module installation and routing of wiring harnesses; Ensure subsystem readiness through testing and validation procedures; Collaborate with Engineering, AIT, and Quality teams to resolve integration issues; Monitor production progress and escalate blockers; Support root cause analysis and non-conformance resolution; Contribute to First Article Inspection (FAI) activities; Perform incoming inspection of mechanical and structural components; Maintain accurate records in line with aerospace manufacturing and quality standards
