Educators & Early Childhood Teachers | New Gladstone Centre

At First5Years, we believe a career in early learning should be every bit as rewarding for our people as it is meaningful for the children and families we serve. As we prepare to open our new purpose-built centre in Gladstone, you’ll have the opportunity to be part of something special from the beginning, joining a values-led organisation committed to exceptional early learning in regional communities, genuine professional growth and helping each person build the career that is right for them.

So, join the founding First5Years Gladstone team. We’re inviting expressions of interest from people across all early learning roles and career stages, including Educators, Lead Educators, Early Childhood Teachers, Educational Leaders, Centre Leadership, trainees and those beginning or returning to the profession. We’re also open to full-time, part-time and casual employment, so whether you’re looking to build a long-term career, take your next leadership step, balance work with family or study, or simply find the right role for this stage of your life, we’d love to hear from you
