Responsibilities
Lead, motivate and mentor a diverse workforce; Support employees with disability to work towards their employment and NDIS goals; Coordinate daily production activities and delegate tasks; Promote positive behaviour support and a collaborative team culture; Foster a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with WHS policies; Support skills training, assessments and performance reviews; Ensure production meets customer expectations for quality and delivery timeframes; Monitor production processes and make adjustments to achieve operational outcomes.
