Develop and maintain quality control standards and procedures; Oversee quality processes across multiple factories and locations; Lead, coach and develop two QC Officers; Plan inspections and coordinate external quality inspectors; Conduct factory visits, in-line inspections and process improvement activities; Work with Design and Production to improve technical specifications and garment quality; Identify recurring issues and address quality gaps at their source; Support the handover of new bridal and ready-to-wear developments into production; Review inspection findings and communicate clear production feedback; Maintain quality records, care and labelling manuals, and QC movements in NetSuite; Coordinate repairs and ensure products are checked and approved before dispatch.
