Responsibilities
Administer Oracle databases supporting IFS Cloud including performance tuning, indexing, storage management, backup, and recovery. Build, configure, and maintain IFS Cloud environments across Build Place and Use Place. Investigate and resolve application performance bottlenecks and database issues using diagnostic reports. Support underlying IT infrastructure for IFS Cloud deployments including servers, OS, virtualization, and cloud platforms. Triage and resolve customer-reported technical issues. Monitor system health and set up alerting. Support cutover planning, go-live readiness, and hypercare activities. Collaborate with architects to distinguish infrastructure issues from application issues. Document environment architecture and troubleshooting outcomes.
