Support and direct Regional Portfolio Managers and Property Managers on operational day-to-day basis; conduct ongoing fund/portfolio assessment and review of property assets; oversee provision of accurate financial information and analysis; work with the broader team to enhance tenant customer relationships; support implementation of the Fund's ESG initiatives; prepare fund and portfolio investment reports; assist in preparation of board reports and investor presentations; attend investor presentations; involve in new product development; work closely with the capital transactions team on transaction management process including due diligence, deal risk identification, negotiations, and achieving financial closure.
