Plan production schedules, prepare daily and weekly production meetings, determine raw material and packaging requirements, analyze production plans and inventory to prepare JIT orders, place orders with suppliers for items below minimums, schedule deliveries, confirm order details (date, quantity, price), optimize internal and external warehousing, validate weekly and monthly inventories, develop and maintain purchasing control tools, track late orders, verify required inventory levels to prevent surpluses and stockouts
