Responsibilities:
As a Lecturer in Quantitative Economics, you contribute to this foundation by teaching and guiding students in statistics, quantitative methods, mathematics, and related subjects. You will primarily teach tutorial groups within the School of Business and Economics (SBE) and University College Maastricht (UCM).
Requirements:
A MSc or PhD in a quantitative field; experience in teaching statistics is a plus. Willingness and ability to teach courses and topics in statistics, operations management/research, and mathematics. The preferred start date of the appointment is August/September 2026.

What They Offer:
A 12-month contract (1,0 fte). A gross monthly salary between €3546,00 and €5538,00 in scale 10 (Docent 4). Salary is based on full-time employment of 38 hours per week. 8% holiday allowance and an 8.3% year-end bonus. 29 vacation days (based on full-time), four additional days off (Carnival Monday and Tuesday, Good Friday, and Liberation Day), and the possibility to accrue up to 12 extra days through compensation hours.
