Own and lead product development activities from concept through to commercialisation; Translate product concepts into commercially viable products by partnering with internal stakeholders and external manufacturing partners; Support Sourcing and Procurement teams to identify and onboard new manufacturing partners; Collaborate with Marketing, Science, Regulatory and Commercial teams to identify consumer-led opportunities and develop innovative concepts; Partner with Quality and Manufacturing teams to investigate product, formulation and process-related challenges; Coordinate product trials, scale-up activities and manufacturing validation; Interpret technical and stability data to provide insights and recommendations; Develop and maintain technical documentation, specifications and project records
