Responsibilities
Build and lead a cross-disciplinary engineering team spanning mechanical, electrical, and software domains; Drive architecture and implementation of launch structures, transport, handling, power, electronics, and control software; Personally deliver mechanical design and electronics bring-up until the team is fully operational; Lead cross-functional design coordination with airframe, propulsion, flight test, and C2 teams; Conduct feasibility studies and trade-off analyses to resolve architecture questions; Own integration, prototyping, qualification, and field campaigns; Drive design reviews and maintain consistency between requirements, design, and testing; Manage hardware suppliers and establish the local supply base
