Responsibilities
Support the execution, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Privacy and Personal Data Protection Program; Conduct and support data mapping activities and maintain inventories of personal data processing activities; Assist in the preparation, review, and updating of privacy-related policies, standards, procedures, and supporting documentation; Support the handling of data subject requests received through the Privacy Channel; Conduct interviews with internal teams to understand and analyze business processes involving personal data; Support privacy training, awareness campaigns, and initiatives designed to strengthen the organization's data protection culture; Provide guidance to business areas on data protection best practices and LGPD requirements; Support assessments of legal bases for personal data processing, including legitimate interest assessments; Prepare presentations, reports, dashboards, and other materials to monitor and communicate the team's activities and progress.
