Own financial control and reporting across AU, NZ, and SE Asia entities; Run end-to-end month-end/year-end close and prepare AASB-compliant financial statements; Manage group consolidation, balance sheet integrity, and audit-ready records; Oversee tax compliance across jurisdictions with external advisors; Own cash management, rolling forecasts, and banking operations across APAC; Manage inter-company cash movements and monitor FX exposure; Build and maintain the Group's financial risk and internal controls framework; Support budgeting, forecasting, and Board reporting; Own and improve finance systems and processes as we scale; Manage and mentor the offshore bookkeeping team.
