We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Onboarding Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end onboarding journey for merchants, ensuring a seamless and positive client experience from start to finish.
You will act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the onboarding process, working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure compliance requirements are met while delivering a high level of customer service.
