Responsibilities
Inspect and remove bottles outside quality standards from the bottling line. Assist in kit/SETUP changes, air tube handling, and guide adjustments during packaging size setups. Feed the production line with packaging materials (caps, boxes, tapes, films, labels, glue, trays, sleeves) from the receiving area. Remove and classify bottles rejected by electronic inspection or empty bottles. Identify finished product pallets with expiration date or traceability labels. Clean the line, organize, collect, and dispose of waste during production. For REF PET lines, box new containers. Manually palletize and depalletize boxes to ensure line supply. Manually wrap pallets and classify cardboard dividers. Assist in line renovation tasks (cleaning and organization). Practice established norms and procedures, including rational use of electricity, fuel, and water.
