Responsibilities
Execute daily, weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance on sputter systems, laser trim equipment, photolithography tools, wet etch, electrical plating tools, and assembly packaging equipment. Perform troubleshooting and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and vacuum systems. Operate and maintain robotics, conveyors, industrial ovens, cryogenic components, vacuum hoses, bearings, and chain drives in a cleanroom environment. Log all maintenance activities in the system including work orders, asset tracking, and maintenance history. Support equipment calibration and process stabilization to improve production efficiency and minimize downtime. Follow all lockout/tagout, EHS, and cleanroom protocols during maintenance activities. Coordinate with the Maintenance Engineer / Manager on scheduling and prioritizing maintenance activities. Support equipment installation, commissioning, and line expansion projects as needed.
