Provide attentive, nurturing care to infants throughout the day, including feeding, diapering, soothing, and engaging in age-appropriate developmental activities; Foster early social development by encouraging gentle interaction, turn-taking, and sensory exploration in a calm, supportive environment; Assist with feeding routines by preparing bottles and solid foods as appropriate, while maintaining a clean and sanitary eating area; Observe and document each infant's developmental progress, daily habits, and any concerns, sharing updates regularly with families and the team; Participate in individual check-ins with parents to discuss milestones, growth patterns, and ways to support their child's development at home and in care; Stay informed on all state regulations and Moxi's internal protocols related to infant care, and ensure safe, consistent implementation at all times
