Responsibilities
Generate accurate invoices and customer statements, maintain organized financial records, develop collection strategies to reduce outstanding balances, contact customers regarding overdue accounts and resolve billing disputes, monitor accounts receivable aging, apply customer payments and reconcile discrepancies, assess customer creditworthiness and establish credit limits, prepare and analyze AR reports including aging and cash flow projections, present findings to senior management, review and improve AR processes, ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, support internal and external audits
