Responsibilities
Lead, direct, supervise and coordinate the activities of field staff and sub-contractors; Undertake scheduling of work, staff and equipment to ensure production targets are met; Ensure all field work is of a high quality consistent with relevant OH & S policies and procedures; Coordinate and assist in the training of all staff and sub-contractors; Liaise with the client and its customers to appropriately manage the client's network and plant; Liaise with and make all arrangements with Public Authorities for provision of services to the network and working in public areas; Arrange reports to management and the customer on the status of work.
