Manage end-to-end shift operations for Vehicle Operators and Fleet Specialists; Lead, coach, and develop a team of Vehicle Operators; Uphold safety and compliance standards including pre-trip and post-trip inspections; Evaluate crew performance through observation and ride-alongs; Actively manage crew fatigue and enforce rest periods; Own personnel-to-vehicle assignments accounting for certification and Hours of Service; Execute shift-to-shift handoffs; Serve as on-site escalation point for in-field issues; Run daily compliance and terminal checks.
