Responsibilities
Deliver onboarding, station training, cross-training, refresher training, and requalification; Demonstrate assembly, disassembly, inspection, material-handling, equipment-use, safety, and quality requirements; Coordinate structured shadowing and supervised practice; Administer practical skill observations and qualification checklists; Maintain complete and audit-ready training records; Ensure current work instructions, SOPs, and visual aids are available at the point of use; Identify unclear instructions and provide feedback to the Technical Training Engineer; Observe employees and reinforce standardized work; Support new product introduction and pilot builds; Partner with production supervisors, Quality, Safety, Engineering, and the Technical Training Engineer; Track training activity and provide routine status updates; Maintain training tools, sample components, and designated training areas; Assist with practical skills assessments and competency reviews
