Responsibilities
Administer personnel security clearance processes including initial submissions and reinvestigations; Maintain accurate personnel security documentation and Facility Clearance records; Conduct new employee security briefings and exit debriefings; Investigate and report security incidents and Insider Threat matters; Coordinate contract-specific security onboarding requirements; Monitor annual refresher training and employee security documentation; Manage collateral access control activities including badges and visit requests; Provide security support to HR, Contracts, and Proposal teams; Interpret government security policies and support development of security plans; Supervise daily security activities to ensure compliance; Support security programs across multiple sites throughout the United States.
