Design and deliver secure, scalable, and upgrade-safe ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CMDB, SPM, and custom applications; build workflows, scripts, automations, and platform extensions; develop integrations using REST/SOAP, MID Server, JDBC, and modern API frameworks; architect scoped applications extending core platform capabilities; implement Flow Designer automations and custom Integration Hub spokes; extend and customize IRM/GRC objects to meet DoD and Intelligence Community requirements; deliver production-grade integrations with federal systems including eMASS, ACAS/Tenable, AD/PKI, and ERP platforms; operate with autonomy managing backlog, documentation, peer reviews, and mentorship; support full SDLC execution including requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and performance optimization; ensure platform security, compliance, and governance aligned with federal and DoD standards; collaborate with architects, technical leads, and government stakeholders
