Role Overview

This position is available to strengthen the team of the Department for Evidence-based Medicine and Evaluation at the Faculty of Health and Medicine.
Responsibilities
- Collaboration on and leadership of scientific evaluation projects
- Contribution to evidence syntheses
- Delivery of presentations and participation in teaching activities
- Support with administrative tasks within the organizational unit
- Contribution to project proposals and scientific publications
Requirements and Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Completed university degree (Master’s/Diploma) in Psychology
- At least 4 years of practical experience in contributing to evaluation projects of health promotion or preventive interventions
- Experience in the development and implementation of monitoring systems in health promotion and prevention
- At least 2 years of experience in leading evaluation/monitoring projects in health promotion and prevention
- Experience in contributing to evidence syntheses in the fields of health promotion and prevention
- Experience in the independent application of qualitative social research methods (in particular semi-structured interviews and focus groups)
- Experience in the independent application of quantitative methods of empirical social research
- Excellent German language skills (at least C1) and very good English skills (at least B2)
- Proficient in using online survey tools (including questionnaire design, programming, and pre-testing)
- Proficient in using statistical and data analysis software (IBM SPSS and R)
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (including Teams, Planner, OneNote)
- Proficient in software for computer-assisted qualitative data analysis, particularly MAXQDA
Desirable Criteria:
- Demonstrated publication record within the last three years
- Experience in developing logic models or theory-of-change/impact models
- Proficient use of digital tools for project organization and documentation (e.g., Microsoft Planner, Teams)
- Experience in data and results visualization for presenting evaluation findings (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva)

- Minimum salary of EUR 3,776.10 gross per month (14x) on a full-time basis, with willingness to overpay with appropriate qualifications and professional experience
