Set up and start molds using decoupled molding practices; Load material into machine hoppers; Inspect molds and materials prior to start; Set up and start UR robots for auto spray and clipper; Develop machine operating parameters to process parts to specifications; Perform thorough part inspections; Record process specifications and documentation; Process parts per established cycle sheets; Measure required dimensions; Troubleshoot mold cycling and function problems; Request and monitor mold modifications and repairs; Investigate new materials and determine molding parameters; Maintain clean and organized work area.
