Own high-level architecture and scaling decisions for core Phone platform components; Own Phone Billing end-to-end including usage metering and reconciliation; Lead the evolution of Trust & Compliance systems into a configuration-driven platform; Work hands-on with backend technologies and microservices; Drive high-concurrency innovation for reliability and latency; Drive observability and resilience strategies; Leverage LLMs and AI tools for code efficiency; Partner with product, infra, security, finance, and legal teams; Develop EM I leaders and senior engineers; Participate in design reviews, deep dives, and on-call rotations.
