Managing projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover, Coordinating trades, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and internal teams, Developing and managing project schedules, budgets and construction programs, Monitoring project costs, variations, timelines and overall project progress, Conducting site meetings and coordinating day-to-day project activities, Liaising directly with clients and key project stakeholders, Reviewing plans, drawings and project documentation, Managing procurement and ensuring materials are delivered in line with project requirements, Identifying and resolving project issues to keep projects on track, Maintaining high standards of quality, safety and workmanship across all projects, Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to client expectations
