Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership across a large and complex portfolio of water infrastructure projects; Lead multidisciplinary teams across project management, engineering, commercial, procurement, project controls, risk and stakeholder engagement; Overseeing projects from early planning and development through design, procurement, delivery, commissioning and handover; Establishing effective governance, assurance, reporting and decision-making frameworks; Providing oversight of cost, schedule, risk, performance and commercial outcomes; Managing critical dependencies, interfaces and emerging risks across the program; Developing trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, government, regulators and delivery partners; Creating a strong culture focused on safety, collaboration, accountability and performance; Ensuring operational and whole-of-life requirements are considered throughout project delivery.
