Responsibilities
Support the Store Manager to drive sales and achieve store targets, lead the team on the floor to drive performance and customer experience, review sales and stock sell-through to identify improvement opportunities, coach and develop team members, support day-to-day operations including rostering and stock management, support recruitment and training of store staff, step up to lead the store in the Store Manager's absence, ensure visual directives and standards are maintained
