Responsibilities
Lead stakeholder interviews and workshops to understand goals and pain points; Document current-state and future-state processes, business rules, and data definitions; Support new-project sizing by breaking scope into epics and stories; Identify assumptions, risks, and dependencies early; Write clear user stories with testable acceptance criteria; Partner with Product Manager to prioritize and groom the backlog; Work with UI/UX design to validate flows and screens; Answer engineering questions during sprints; Coordinate user acceptance testing with clients; Capture compliance, security, and audit requirements as explicit needs; Act as trusted point of contact for clients on scope and requirements; Translate between business and technical audiences clearly.
