Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure scalable, streamlined workflows across locations. Review the pipeline monitor of work requests and determine next steps. Evaluate and improve processes by benchmarking against industry best practices. Collaborate with the scheduling team to secure repair slots and optimize vehicle repair time. Review open vehicle issues and generate action plans to ensure constant monitoring and updates on fleet health. Perform quality inspections of repair orders to ensure compliance with standards. Support expansion efforts by helping build out new team structures, processes, and training documentation at additional sites.
