Role Overview:
Operate a territory and sell TipTopJob's Job Advertising & Database access services. You supply the sales people, while TipTopJob supplies access to their Cloud CRM system and provides an online facility to operate your area and market. Your territory can be a country, part of a country, or a group of countries, depending on what suits both parties.
Responsibilities:
- Operate an allocated territory (areas are allocated by a set of countries, one country, or regions within a country, dependent on size, market, and your commitment).
- Sell TipTopJob services, including Job Advertising, CV Database Search, and Email Marketing.
- Manage sales teams devoted to selling into the assigned market.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate is an existing organisation that is already selling Internet or Publishing Services.
- Ability to allocate an additional sales team devoted to selling into the market.
- Commitment to the territory and market.
