Cleaning and maintaining common areas (pool room, office, gym, clubhouse, library), dusting, vacuuming, mopping, rubbish removal, cleaning toilet facilities to hygienic standards, cleaning internal windows and appliances, tidying kitchen areas, replenishing consumables, identifying and eliminating safety hazards, cleaning stock and display homes, performing weekly deep cleaning tasks.
