Responsibilities
Lead all maintenance, engineering, and facility operations to ensure high-quality service delivery and asset reliability. Manage a $12.5M operating budget including forecasting, financial analysis, and cost-control initiatives. Oversee capital projects, facility improvements, and infrastructure initiatives from planning through execution. Lead and develop a workforce of 100+ employees, including managers, supervisors, engineers, and maintenance professionals. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, local, and agency regulations governing facility operations, environmental reporting, safety programs, and building systems.
