Build professional relationships with participants at differing stages of their employment journey; Provide a supportive environment to assist participants in finding and sustaining employment; Create individual support plans and 12-week plans outlining the journey towards employment; Facilitate individual and group activities including job readiness skills, volunteering, and confidence building; Ensure compliance with administrative processes and legislative requirements; Maintain data integrity and manage workload efficiently.
