Responsibilities
Lead business-facing and technology projects from initiation through delivery, transition, and closure; Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, resource plans, budgets, risks, dependencies, and status reporting; Coordinate cross-functional teams spanning business, engineering, infrastructure, security, quality assurance, operations, and external partners; Apply Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid delivery approaches according to project complexity, risk, and business requirements; Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement; Manage project financials, including budgets, forecasts, resource hours, fixed-bid costs, accruals, and variances; Identify and manage risks, issues, assumptions, constraints, and cross-team dependencies, escalating critical blockers and decisions proactively; Coordinate production changes and releases through ServiceNow and support day-of-release activities with technical teams; Ensure testing, approvals, documentation, communications, support plans, operational handovers, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities are completed; Maintain alignment with Software Development Lifecycle, security, compliance, and change-management standards; Lead complex business and technical discussions with global stakeholders and communicate project status, risks, decisions, financial impacts, and required actions to senior leadership; Facilitate informed decision-making by presenting facts, options, trade-offs, and recommendations while promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
