Responsibilities
Own employee benefits and taxes forecasting by analyzing monthly variances and reporting during monthly close meetings. Execute consolidated monthly reporting and planning processes including BvA analyses. Support the preparation of finance slides in the quarterly board presentation. Standardize and enhance reporting processes by leveraging AI tools to drive automation. Partner with the BI team to support the ongoing automation of key forecasting processes.
