Responsibilities
Lead the Settlements team to create a culture of collaboration and high performance; Manage team members' KPIs and performance through regular 1-1s and meetings; Ensure appropriate allocation and rotation of client funds for cross-training; Identify and implement process efficiency initiatives; Provide input into product roadmaps for Settlements; Monitor and ensure accurate entry and actioning of client investment trades; Monitor and ensure timely processing of client corporate actions; Ensure Settlements processes and procedures in Promapp are current; Investigate and clear reconciliation breaks in a timely manner.
