Senior Back-End Developer – Netcracker CPQ

• 6–10 years of Back-End Development experience with strong expertise in Java, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services supporting Netcracker CPQ applications.

• Develop and enhance business logic for quote processing, pricing calculations, discount validations, customer validation, product eligibility checks, approval workflows, and Quote-to-Cash processes.

• String understanding of CPQ rules configurations and customizations using Java Code and Netcracker DSL.

• Should have strong expertise in debugging Rules

• Design and develop RESTful APIs and integration services for enterprise applications.

• Integrate Netcracker CPQ with CRM, Product Catalog, Order Management, Billing, and other enterprise systems.

• Develop service orchestration, middleware components, and reusable backend frameworks.

• Implement secure APIs, authentication mechanisms, data validation, and error handling.

• Design, develop, and optimize database objects including SQL queries, PL/SQL procedures, views, and data migration scripts.

• Perform database tuning, query optimization, and ensure data integrity and consistency.

• Develop integrations using REST, SOAP, Kafka, RabbitMQ, JMS, and event-driven architectures.

• Implement logging, monitoring, retry mechanisms, and fault-tolerant integration patterns.

• Design, deploy, and support cloud-native applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Amazon Web Services (AWS).

• Develop and maintain containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.

• Optimize application performance, scalability, throughput, caching, and resource utilization.

• Participate in CI/CD implementation, deployment automation, release support, and production troubleshooting.

• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and drive backend development standards and best practices.

• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and product stakeholders in Agile delivery environments.
