Responsibilities
Lead HEOR evidence-generation strategies in collaboration with RWE, Clinical Development, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Commercialization teams; Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HEOR scientists; Develop the long-term evolution of the HEOR organization; Partner with Market Access teams to identify local evidence needs; Monitor external HEOR, payer, HTA, healthcare, and technology environments; Lead dissemination of HEOR evidence through publications and collaborations; Build relationships with HCPs, KOLs, and patient advocacy groups; Contribute to the Medical Affairs & Evidence Generation Leadership Team; Participate in government relations activities; Conduct internal education and training on HEOR.
