Responsibilities
Deploy and govern the global CORE Pricing & Commercial Agreements template across multiple countries and business divisions; Prepare, facilitate, and drive workshops focused on the implementation of pricing, discounts, rebate, and commission processes; Gather business requirements and lead fit-gap analyses in collaboration with solution design and implementation teams; Translate business needs into scalable process and system requirements while supporting alignment with the global template; Own and maintain process documentation throughout the deployment lifecycle; Proactively test new functionalities and coordinate Functional Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing; Coordinate closely with global and local stakeholders throughout the transformation and change journey; Support training activities and organizational change management to facilitate successful adoption of new processes and systems; Manage project cutover activities, including coordination of data migration and transition planning; Provide structured support during the hypercare period following deployment; Identify and resolve implementation challenges proactively, ensuring timely progress and effective stakeholder alignment; Contribute to continuous improvement of Contract-to-Cash processes within the evolving global operating model.
