Responsibilities
Lead or contribute to engineering projects from concept, design, and development through to execution and commissioning; Apply advanced engineering principles to solve complex technical and operational challenges; Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including project managers, site teams, contractors, consultants, and clients; Ensure compliance with Australian Standards, statutory regulations, and WHS requirements; Review and approve engineering drawings, specifications, calculations, and technical documentation; Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, efficiency, reliability, and cost performance; Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior engineers and technical staff; Support project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management activities; Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and regulatory authorities as required
