Role Overview:
An assistant (F/M) in the research and teaching employment group at the Department of Real Estate, Tax Law and Theory of Law.

Responsibilities:
The assistant will be engaged in full-time employment from 1 October 2026 for a period of two years with the possibility of extending the contract. The role involves conducting research and teaching work in the field of law, specifically within the discipline of tax law.

Requirements:
- Hold at least a master's degree, master's degree in engineering or equivalent.
- Have a predisposition for conducting research and be prepared for teaching work.
- A completed master’s degree in law.
- Knowledge of issues related to tax law.
- Very good command of spoken and written English, including Legal English.
- For foreign nationals, a good command of spoken and written Polish at a level sufficient to conduct classes.
- Certification as a tax advisor (having passed the state tax advisor examination) or practical experience in performing activities in the field of tax law practice.
- Submission of an employee's statement on conducting scientific activity in the discipline of law.
- Submission of an employee's statement on consent to be included among employees conducting scientific activity (the so-called N number) at the KUE.
- Compliance with the requirements of Article 21 of the Act of 13 May 2016 on counteracting threats of sexual crime and protecting minors.

Qualifications:
- Master Degree or equivalent.
- Additional strengths/advantages include:
- Passing the master’s degree examination in law with a grade of “very good.”
- Completion of postgraduate or master’s studies in tax consulting.
- Completion of studies or research programs abroad in a foreign language, particularly in English.
- Experience in teaching (including workshops or seminars) in Polish and/or English.
- Publications, including works in the field of tax law.
- Participation in international internships and international grants.
- Activity in academic clubs.
- Participation in conferences, seminars, or other events promoting science and legal knowledge.
- Practical experience in performing activities related to the application of law, particularly tax law.
- Pursuit of academic development through enrollment in a part-time doctoral program or participation in a doctoral school.
