Responsibilities
Set strategy and vision for finance support across cost-of-revenue and operational functions; Serve as trusted strategic advisor to executive leadership on operational strategy and financial performance; Own long-range planning, annual budgeting, forecasting, and performance management for cost of revenue and operating expenses; Transform and develop the operations finance and cost-accounting organization; Provide hands-on oversight of cost accounting, including close processes, standard costing, and inventory accounting; Partner with Finance, Accounting, Internal Audit, and external auditors to maintain a strong control environment; Lead finance integration activities for acquired businesses; Build scalable finance capabilities for new products and business adjacencies; Strengthen sales and operations planning by connecting demand forecasts with capacity and financial outcomes; Develop forward-looking financial models and dashboards; Partner with operational leaders to identify and track productivity and process-improvement initiatives; Provide timely analysis of actual performance and forecast variances; Personally engage in critical models, data analysis, close issues, and special projects; Identify and sponsor enterprise-wide opportunities that cross functions and geographies
