Develop mounting brackets, enclosures, and structural interfaces for sensors and compute units; Create detailed part and assembly models with GD&T-compliant drawings; Define physical routing paths for wire harnesses, fluid lines, and cooling components; Design sealing, gasketing, and protective enclosures to safeguard electronics; Participate in prototype builds including hardware installation and fit-check validation; Perform first-order hand calculations for static loads, vibration fatigue, and thermal dissipation; Work with fabrication vendors to source custom components; Design non-invasive mechanical integration solutions for OEM donor vehicles; Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve fit, form, and function issues; Maintain accurate Bills of Materials and integration documentation
