Responsibilities
Assemble mechanical, electrical, and electronic components using technical drawings and schematics; fit hardware enclosures and internal circuit boards securely; perform physical quality checks on wiring, fasteners, and modules; identify and separate mechanical defects or missing parts in raw inventory; flash, load, and configure operating systems, firmware patches, and custom software onto assembled hardware units; initialize device settings including network parameters based on customer profiles; run automated script sequences to provision profiles across batch orders; troubleshoot software initialization issues, corrupted firmware boots, and connectivity blocks; perform post-assembly functional testing with diagnostic software; record production data including software versions, hardware serial numbers, and test outcomes; package and label provisioned devices with asset tags and shipping details; maintain a clean, safe, and ESD-compliant workstation environment.
