Responsibilities
Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, architecture, security, infrastructure, and operations teams to deliver platform enhancements and modernization initiatives. Lead platform governance, prioritization, demand management, release planning, and risk management activities. Manage relationships with development teams and vendors, ensuring quality delivery and alignment with business priorities. Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the DTI development team. Ensure platform scalability, reliability, security, and operational resilience through adherence to engineering best practices and governance standards. Drive platform modernization, technical debt reduction, vulnerability remediation, and continuous service improvements.
